This site collects a small amount of personal data when you use the contact form or book a discovery call: your name, email, project budget, and whatever you tell us about your project.

## What we collect

- **Contact form**: name, email, project budget range, and project description. Sent directly by email; nothing is stored on our own servers.
- **Cal.com booking**: name, email, project budget, what you want to build, and the meeting time. Cal.com is a separate company acting as our processor.
- **Server logs**: standard Cloudflare hosting logs (IP, user agent, URL, time).
- **Google Fonts**: loading fonts from Google's servers discloses your IP to Google.

## What we don't collect

No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no session replay. This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage, other than the Cal.com booker script, which may set its own cookies once you interact with it.

## Legal basis, sharing, and retention

Lawful basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for the contact form and booking, and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests) for server logs. Processors: Resend (contact form email), Cal.com (booking), Google Workspace (mailbox), Cloudflare (hosting). We don't sell data or share it beyond this list. Contact enquiries are kept for 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted.

## Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, erase, restrict, port, or object to our processing of your data. Email hello@steelpinetech.com to exercise any of these.
